Here, we train to get strong, to move well, to feel amazing. One of the most damaging lies that the fitness industry has perpetuated is movement as a means solely to achieve an (often unrealistic) aesthetic. To move is one of life’s greatest joys and something fundamentally human. We reclaim that joy unapologetically.
Someone can be “fit” without being well, which is why wellness is an equally important aspect to any movement practice. A good strength program should help you show up better in the rest of your life—allowing you to think less about the gym and more about chasing your dreams.
